The PPP professional liability policy covers you for damages arising from:

  • Treatment you provide or should have provided your patients.
  • Treatment your employees or anyone for whom you are legally responsible provides or should have provided your patients.

Highlights of Coverage:

  • Defense costs paid in addition to the coverage limits.
  • We will not settle a claim without your consent.
  • Contractual liability coverage protects you when you assume liability in hold harmless agreements with HMOs, PPOs, IPAs or similar organizations.
  • Professional corporation or professional association coverage included within your professional liability limits; separate limits may be purchased.
  • Disciplinary and licensure coverage - unlimited defense costs.
