To provide a coverage solution for dentists expanding their services to include cosmetic dermal fillers and/or botox, subject to state dental board approval and/or such procedures fall within (or not specifically outside of) the scope and definition of "Dentistry".

Coverage is written on a claims made basis
*Minimum premium amounts based upon 200 injections or fewer per year

Limits - Minimum Premium
$250,000 per claim / $750,000 aggregate $1,500
$500,000 per claim / $1,500,000 aggregate $2,000
$1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate $2,500

Procedures Covered
Botox Injections and Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid Injections (FDA-approved dermal fillers only)

Active States
Only where such procedures have been clearly deemed within the scope of Dentistry (or not specifically deemed or ruled to be outside of the scope of Dentistry) by the State Dental Board.
